V-tail ruddervator attach uses NAS close-tolerance bolts at the hinge brackets with AN960 and AN970 washers. The V-tail-to-fuselage attach uses large-shank NAS6610 and NAS6612 bolts — these are safety-critical hardware and Beechcraft publishes torque specs in the maintenance manual that differ from standard AN torque tables.
