Common Parts Questions — Cirrus SR22
Yes. While the SR22's primary structure is carbon fiber, all metal attach fittings use standard AN and NAS bolt families. Wing spar carry-through attach, landing gear fitting, and engine mount all use NAS6604-NAS6610 and AN4-AN6 fasteners with specific torque values in the Cirrus Maintenance Manual.
The CAPS rocket attach and airframe interface hardware is Cirrus proprietary and must be sourced through Cirrus Aircraft only. Our inventory covers standard airframe hardware — control hinges, fairings, panel attach, cowl fasteners — but not CAPS-specific components.
Every fastener we ship includes FAA Form 8130-3 documentation from approved sources. The 8130-3 shows the part number, specification, manufacturer, and release certifying person. This satisfies Part 91 traceability requirements for maintenance performed under AC 43.13-1B.
