What We Source
Engine procurement runs through our global sourcing network — not just our own shelf inventory. If you need a CFM56 for a 737NG, a PT6A for a King Air, or a Continental IO-540 for a 310, we locate and certify it. Every engine in our pipeline comes with traceable documentation from a qualified facility.
We work with MROs, Part 145 stations, leasing companies, and operators. Lead times and pricing depend on engine model and condition — submit an RFQ and our team provides a formal quote within 1 business day.
Common Engine Applications
Commercial Turbofan
CFM56-7B (737NG), CF6-80C2 (767/A300), V2500 (A320ceo), CFM56-5B (A320neo predecessor), GE CF34 (CRJ series). Exchange and OH programs available.
Turboprop Regional
PT6A-27/67 (King Air), PT6A-66 (PC-12), PW127 (ATR 72), AE 3007A (EMB-120). TBO intervals 3,000–3,500 hours. Overhaul and exchange sourced from Pratt & Whitney authorized facilities.
Piston GA & Experimental
Lycoming O-235/360/540 series, Continental Motors IO-360/520/550, Teledyne Continental TSIO-550. Overhauled, zero-time special, and new production options. Core exchange supported.
Corporate Jet Turbofan
CF34-8E (Challenger 300), BR710 (Gulfstream V/500), TFE731 (Hawker/VIP conversions), PW306 (Challenger 604). Exchange pool programs with quick turn capability.
Engine Modules & Sections
Beyond whole engines, we source modules, sections, and individual parts from engine teardowns and serviceable inventory: HPC spools, LPT blades and vanes, combustor cans, turbine wheels, seals, bearings, and accessory drive gear.
Engine module sourcing requires the full part number and serial number — our team cross-references against multiple parts databases to find exact matches or approved supersessions.
Certification & Traceability
Every engine transaction includes full documentation package:
- FAA 8130-3 (Authorized Release) — Required for US-certificated installation. Issued by Part 145 facility.
- EASA Form 1 — Required for EASA-registered aircraft and EU import. Full dual-release where needed.
- Overhaul Certificate — 8130-3 + overhaul work order with teardown inspection records.
- Logbook / Historical Records — TSO, TSN, time since overhaul, time since new. Critical for tracking LLPs.
- LLP Status Report — Life-limited part tracking for HP/LP turbine blades, combustor liners, fan blades.
