What We Source

Airframe structural parts range from standard AN/MS/NAS fasteners to full control surface assemblies. The distinction matters: structural hardware (fasteners, fittings, brackets) is commodity inventory — we typically have it in Hialeah and ship same-day. Larger structural items (panels, skins, control surfaces) require sourcing through the global Part 145 network and teardown programs.

Common procurement scenarios: fleet structural inspection findings (cracks, corrosion, lightning damage), winglet installation projects, control surface replacement after bird strikes, and general airframe repair/replacement work.

AN/MS/NAS Structural Hardware

Our in-stock inventory covers structural fastening for most airframe repair scenarios. Key part families:

SpecTypeApplication
AN3–AN10Hex BoltGeneral structural, tension + shear applications
BACB30Hi-Lok / CR BoltHigh-strength structural, wing/fuselage attachment
NAS1738/1739Blind RivetWhere access is limited to one side — skin attachment
MS20470Solid RivetFlush and protruding head, wing skin and rib joining
AN365/AN460Nut (Self-Lock)Self-locking for structural bolted joints

Larger Structural Components

For panels, wing skins, and control surfaces, sourcing is more complex — these require serialization, PDA/NDA tracking, and sometimes OEM-specific manufacturing data. We work with certified salvage programs and Part 145 stations that can provide full traceability for these components. Lead times range from 3 days (in-stock) to 6–8 weeks (sourced from teardown or manufacture).

Certification

Structural hardware comes with full MIL-SPEC traceability (8130-3 or CoC). Larger structural parts (panels, control surfaces) ship with Part 145 8130-3 and full work order documentation. Material test reports are available on request for structural repair applications.
