What We Source
Aircraft electrical systems span 28V DC primary power, 115V/400Hz AC systems, and emergency backup networks. Components range from simple relays and circuit breakers to complex starter-generators and Integrated Drive Generators (IDG).
Common procurement: generator exchange after IDG failure, relay panel replacement during A-check or C-check, wiring harness repair parts, and battery replacement programs. We also support custom electrical system configurations for experimental aircraft and special mission platforms.
Common Platforms
Boeing / Airbus Commercial
28V DC generators, IDG (Integrated Drive Generator) exchange, GCU (Generator Control Unit), bus bar panels, power relay panels. Common: overunning clutch wear items, generator brushes and bearings. 115V/400Hz constant frequency bus requires specific generator specs.
Gulfstream / Bombardier
Generator and starter/generator exchange (400A and 600A variants), relay panels (K1/K2 contactors), bus distribution, emergency power unit battery and charger. E-Box components for G550/G650 are often interchangeable with earlier Gulfstream models.
Citation / Learjet / Hawker
Starter motors for Continental and Lycoming (28V DC and 24V systems). Generator exchange for TFE731 and PW500 series engines. Relay panels and circuit breaker panels for the 28V DC bus. Ni-Cad battery exchange programs.
Wiring & Connector Consumables
Mil-Spec wire (MIL-W-22759/16, /32, /34), M39029 contacts (standard and gold-plated), D38999 circular connectors in various shell sizes and layouts, M24308 D-subs, backshells and strain reliefs. Bulk spool sales available for MRO operations.
Certification
Generators, alternators, starters, and relay panels come with 8130-3 or EASA Form 1. Wiring and connectors carry MIL-SPEC traceability and CoC. Battery units include test records and capacity certification from the repair station.
