What We Source

Flight control systems vary widely by aircraft type: from conventional cable-and-pulley systems in older GA aircraft to full fly-by-wire in Boeing 777 and Airbus A380. The components we source span this entire range — mechanical linkage hardware for all aircraft, and PCU/servo components for hydraulic-boost and fly-by-wire platforms.

System Types by Platform

Boeing 737/757/767

Hydraulic-boost conventional controls with hydraulic actuators. PCU units for rudder, elevator, and aileron. Feel computer for control force simulation. Autopilot servos integrated with the AFDS. Common: PCU exchange, feel computer, trim tab actuators.

Airbus A320 Family

Hydraulic-boost with side stick controllers. Thrust reverser control integrated with flight control system. Elevator and rudder PCU units, spoiler actuators. Common: spoiler PCU, rudder PCU, side stick assembly.

Gulfstream G550 / G650

Hydraulic-boost conventional controls with fly-by-wire integration (G550). Yoke and pedals with autopilot disconnect and trim control. Stabilizer trim motor, rudder trim tab, and aileron trim units. Common: yoke exchange, trim motor exchange, bellcrank overhaul.

Corporate Jets (Citation/Learjet)

Conventional controls with hydraulic boost. Cable system inspection and renewal is common during phase inspections. Autopilot servos (S-TEC, Century, or integrated). Trim tab motors and cables are regular consumable items for this fleet.

Certification

All flight control components come with 8130-3 or EASA Form 1. PCU exchange units include hydraulic system test records and functional test data. Control cables are manufactured and tested to the airframe OEM specification with CoC included. Feel computer units include software version and configuration data.
