What We Source

Hydraulic system components span a wide range — from engine-driven pumps and actuators to hose assemblies and seal kits. We source for Boeing (737, 757, 767, 777, 787), Airbus (A320, A330, A340, A380), Gulfstream, Citation, Challenger, and Learjet platforms.

The most common procurement scenario is line maintenance or phase inspection requirements: hydraulic reservoir leaks, EDP pump wear, hose chafing, and actuator overhaul requirements. For these, exchange units with core return are typically the most cost-effective path.

System Architecture by Platform

Boeing 737 / 757 / 767

3000 psi hydraulic system — two independent systems (A and B). EDP on each engine, electric standby pump in tail. Common parts: pump assemblies, reservoir float switches, hydraulic filter elements, hose runs. PTU between A and B on 767/777.

Airbus A320 Family

3000 psi, three independent systems (Green, Yellow, Blue). EDP on engines, electric pump for Yellow (auxiliary), PTU between Green and Yellow. Common: PTU valve, selector valve, hydraulic fluid level sensors, accumulator bladder kits.

Gulfstream G550 / G650

5000 psi hydraulic system — dual pumps per engine, electric standby pump. Common: high-pressure hose assemblies (AE366 series), EDP pump exchange, accumulator assemblies, PTU components. Parts often cross to Gulfstream G450/G500.

Citation / Challenger / Learjet

3000 psi or 5000 psi depending on model. Common: hydraulic pump exchange, accumulator rebuild kits, selector valve repair/overhaul, hose kit with guard clamps. Many parts cross between Citations and Challengers (Bombardier commonality).

Hydraulic System Consumables

We also source hydraulic system consumables: Skydrol fluid (Type V per SAE AS1241), O-ring kits (MS28775 and AS4624 profiles), and filter elements for the hydraulic reservoir and pressure filters. Skydrol is regulated hazardous material — shipping requires proper documentation and may have HazMat surcharges.

Certification

All hydraulic components ship with 8130-3 or EASA Form 1 as applicable. Accumulator hydrostatic test records are included for pressure vessel components. Hose assembly pressure-test certificates are available on request.
