What We Source
Landing gear systems encompass wheels, brakes, tires, struts, steering, and actuators. Every major aircraft platform has its own specification — wheel dimensions, brake rating, tire pressure, and strut service intervals vary significantly between a Gulfstream G550 and a Boeing 737-800.
Our procurement team handles the sourcing complexity. You give us the part number, we identify the right source, verify condition and certification, and coordinate delivery. For MRO shops doing phase inspections or 48/72-month gear checks, we supply the full bill of materials.
Wheel & Brake Exchange Programs
Wheel and brake exchange is the most common procurement path for operators with frequent wear items. The model is straightforward: we supply a restored, certified assembly (wheel or brake) and you return your removed core.
Boeing / Airbus Commercial
Main gear carbon brakes (CFM56/IAE V2500 thrust reverser compatibility), wheel assemblies with AGB (angular gearbox) and tachometer generators. Exchange with core return — Boeing 737, 757, 767, A320 family.
Gulfstream / Bombardier
Carbon brake assemblies for G550/G650/G500/G450. Steer-by-wire steering servo units. Wheel assembly exchange with hub and bearing seal kits. Main gear and nose gear struts — overhaul and exchange supported.
Citation / Learjet / Hawker
Nose and main gear wheel assemblies, brake assemblies (carbon and steel), tire sizes from 17.5" to 26". Strut service kits and O-ring orifice kits for periodic inspections.
Regional / Turboprop
ATR 42/72, CRJ 700/900/1000, Dash-8 (Q-series) wheel and brake exchange. Main gear tire sizes 24x7.7 and 26x6.6 for ATR/CRJ platforms. Nose gear shimmy dampers and steering units for regional jets.
Certification
All landing gear components come with 8130-3 (FAA) or EASA Form 1 (international). Wheel assembly exchange includes bearing and seal installation records. Brake assembly exchange includes test burn data and wear measurements from the exchange facility.
