The 182's heavier MTOW means larger structural fasteners: AN5 and AN6 bolts are more prevalent in the main gear attach and engine mount than on the 172. The retractable-gear 182RG adds AN4 and AN5 actuator attachment hardware. Landing gear pivot bolts are typically NAS specification.
