FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate ships with every order from our Hialeah, FL inventory — at no extra charge. Chain of custody records are included. EASA Form 1, CoC, and Material Test Reports are available on request. No exceptions.
What ships with your order
Every part in our inventory has a full cert package. Here's what each document is, what it covers, and which fields appear on it. Use this as a receiving inspection reference for your QA team.
The US FAA standard airworthiness release tag. Certifies the part conforms to approved design data and is in a condition for safe operation. Required by FAR Part 43 for installation on type-certificated aircraft.
European Union equivalent of 8130-3. Required for any part installed on an EASA-registered aircraft. Available for all AN/MS/NAS hardware that cross-references EASA-approved specifications.
Manufacturer or distributor statement confirming the part conforms to applicable AN, MS, or NAS specifications. Standard incoming inspection document for MRO facilities.
Detailed report of chemical composition, tensile strength, yield strength, and hardness for structural material. Required for critical airframe applications, DER repairsheet support, and titanium/aluminum bar stock.
Documents every step from receipt through storage to dispatch. Identifies the manufacturing batch, enabling full backward traceability to the original production run. Standard audit package for FAA inspectors and IAs.

Requesting documentation

Search & download
Every part in our inventory with a digitized cert shows download links directly on the search result card. Look for the cert badge chips on any search result.
Submit an RFQ
For parts not yet in our system, or for specific certs (EASA Form 1, MTRs), submit an RFQ with part numbers and your cert requirements. We confirm what we have on file and ship within 1 business day.
Customer portal
Existing customers pull cert documents for any past order from the customer portal at /account. Includes full inspector-ready packages with all shipping docs.
